Nandor Acs graduated from Semmelweis University Medical School in Budapest, Hungary in 1992. He is an OB/GYN specialist with board examination in obstetrics and gynecology, general surgery and clinical pharmacology. He is full professor and Head of the OB/GYN Department of the Faculty of Medicine at Semmelweis University, as well as Medical Director at the Femmed Institute for aesthetic gynecology in Budapest. He specializes in menopausal medicine and pelvic organ prolapse surgery.
Dr. Acs also holds a Ph.D. degree and an MBA in health economics. He has organized several national and international congresses and teaching courses, and has published more than 300 papers with around 1000 citations. He is a member of several eminent medical societies and organizations.

Dr. Fistonic is director of the Ob/Gyn & Menopause Health Center and Institute for Women’s Health, Zagreb, Croatia. He is a member of the Croatian Medical Association, Croatian Ob/Gyn Society, Croatian Society for Medical Expertise. Founder and board member of Croatian Menopause Society. Croatian representative in the Council of Affiliated Menopause Societies (CAMS) of the International Menopause Society (IMS). Advisory Board member of European Menopause and Andropause Society. Assist. Prof. at Medical Faculty University of Rijeka, Croatia. Assist. Prof. at the Department of Health Studies University of Split, Croatia. Prof. at the University of Applied Health Sciences, Zagreb, Croatia. Author and co-author of several papers published in high impact journals.
Fields of interest: human reproduction, menopause, reconstructive and esthetic gynecology, noninvasive laser and radiofrequency applications in gynecology, such as non-invasive laser therapy of stress urinary incontinence and vaginal relaxation syndrome.
Dr. Adrian Gaspar is an OB/GYN specialist, cosmetogynecologist and Medical Director of the Espacio Gaspar Laser Medical Clinic in Mendoza, Argentina. He received his medical diploma from the Graduate School of Medical Sciences of Universidad Nacional de Cuyo in Mendoza, Argentina in 1995, followed by four years of postgraduate study in Gynecology and Obstetrics at the Hospital Italiano de Mendoza, Argentina. He further received Postgraduate accreditation in basic & advanced laparoscopic gynecology (Universidad del Noreste) Corrientes, Argentina (2004 – 2005) as well as in Cosmetogynecology from Richmond University, New York, USA (2006).
Dr. Gaspar is a former Professor of the Gynecology Department at Mendoza University, Argentina, a Visiting Professor at Colegio Mexicano de Gineco–Cosmética, Veracruz, Mexico, and a Visiting Professor at the Colombian Society of Cosmetic Surgery, Colombian College of Minimally Invasive Surgery and Genital Cosmetics in Cali, Colombia. As one of the pioneers in the use of laser treatments for vaginal rejuvenation, having published the first paper related to this topic in 2011, Dr. Gaspar has received many awards worldwide for his research in the use of lasers for vaginal and urethral treatments.
Dr. Gaspar is also the President of SOLAGEF (Sociedad Latinoamericana de Ginecologia Estetica y Funcional) and is a member of several eminent international medical societies and organizations , including the International Society of Cosmetogynecology, the International Urogynecology Association, and the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery.
Jorge E. Gaviria P. graduated as a Surgeon from the University of Los Andes in Venezuela (ULA) in 2001 and completed his specialization in gynecology and obstetrics at the Venezuelan Red Cross in 2009. In 2015 he graduated with a degree in Aesthetic Medicine from the University of Los Andes, and in 2016 received a Master degree in Laser Medicine from the Catalunya Polytechnic University in Barcelona, Spain. He is Board Certified in Medical–Aesthetics and Gynecology Laser and Surgery Procedures by the America Board of Laser Surgery (ABLS).
Dr. Gaviria is currently the Head Chief of the Laser Platform at the Fotomedicine Institute of the Teknon Medical Center in Barcelona, Spain. In addition, he also serves as a Medical Director of Korpo Laser in Caracas, Venezuela (and Kendall, Florida USA) and as Professor and Academic Director of the "Laser in Gynecology" program at 3 Universities in Venezuela. He is also the Academic Director of the Laser in Medicine Academy of IberioAmerica (AILMED) and the Laser & Health Academy (LA&HA) in Venezuela.
Dr. Gaviria is the Second Vice-president of the Spanish Society of Aesthetic Regenerative and Functional Gynecology (SEGERF), the Founder and President of the European Gynecology Laser Club (EGLC) as well as a Fellow of the International Society of Cosmetogynecology (ISCG). He is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery (AACS), the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery (ASLMS), the Spanish Society of Medical Surgical Laser (SELMQ), the Union International of Aesthetic Medicine (UIME), the Spanish Aesthetic Medicine Society (SEME), the International Society of Urogynecology (IUGA), as well as other professional societies. Dr. Gaviria has been a Key Opinion Leader, researcher and trainer for Fotona since 2010, and was one of the first in Latin America to utilize and develop non-ablative intravaginal laser technologies. He publishes his work and lectures internationally on a regular basis.
Dr. Tamas Major is the director of the Laser Center of Gynecology and Aesthetics in Debrecen, Hungary, previously an associate professor at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Debrecen. He graduated from the same University in 1988, where he subsequently defended his PhD thesis in 1996 on Minimally Invasive Gynecology Treatments. Tamas Major is former president of the Hungarian Society of Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology, as well as a member and also board member of several national and international societies, and an invited speaker at numerous national and international meetings. He has more than 30 years of experience in graduate and postgraduate education, with 104 published articles, 15 book chapters and 174 presented lectures.
Dr Sabina Sencar is the founder of the Juna Clinic in Slovenia, where she applies her specialist medical skills and training to aesthetic and clinical gynecology laser treatments. Dr Sencar graduated from the Medical Faculty of the Ljubljana University in 1996 and became a resident in General Surgery at the Ljubljana University Medical Center. She joined the Gynecological Clinic of the Ljubljana University Medical Center in 2002, where she practiced gynecology and completed her specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology in 2008. As a specialist in OB/GYN she continued to work at the Gynecological Clinic of the Ljubljana University Medical Center until 2012, when she founded her own clinic.
Dr Sabina Sencar helped pioneer the use of the Er:YAG laser for stress urinary incontinence and vaginal relaxation syndrome in Slovenia, and made important contributions to the popularization of these procedures in the broader region. She also published the first Slovenian pilot study on minimally invasive laser therapy for stress urinary incontinence in the Proceedings of the International Medical Laser Association (IMedLA) in 2012.
Dr. Majd Zabalawi graduated from Jordan University for Science and Technology with a MBBS degree in 2004, and subsequently received a Master’s degree in Gynecology and Obstetrics in 2010. During her work in medicine she developed a keen interest in aesthetics and more recently has focused on aesthetic laser treatments. Dr. Zabalawi holds Certificates for vaginal treatments (IntimaLase® and IncontiLase®) from the Laser & Health Academy. Dr. Zabalawi is currently in charge of the Obstetrics and Gynecology department in The Laser Clinic Amman, which is a multi-speciality clinic in Amman, Jordan. She works hand in hand next to a consultant dermatologist and ophthalmologist to treat various aesthetic and medical problems.
Prof. Dr. med. Volker Viereck is Co-Director of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology and Head of the Department of Urogynecology at the Cantonal Hospital in Frauenfeld, Switzerland. He was trained in urogynecology and endocrinology at Philipps University Marburg, Georg August University Göttingen, and Cantonal Hospital Frauenfeld. He published numerous peer-reviewed scientific articles and book chapters and received several research awards. He is a committee member of the Swiss Association of Urogynecology (AUG), a scientific advisor of the German Association for Urogynecology and Pelvic Floor Reconstruction (AGUB), and a member of the Swiss Society of Obstetrics and Gynecology (SGGG), the German Society of Obstetrics and Gynecology (DGGG), the International Urogynecological Association (IUGA) and the International Continence Society (ICS).
In 2001, graduated from National Saga Medical University, Medical School (the existing Saga medical School, Faculty of Medicine, Saga University) in Japan.

In 2003, began working in a major chain aesthetic surgery clinic, successively holding the position of Chief Director of the Yokohama Branch, and others. Engaged in the various types of cases including Vaginal Plastic Surgery and Liposuction.
In 2009, trained at the Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation Institute of America by Dr. David Matlock. Received 1st license of LVR technique as a female Japanese doctor.
In 2010, founded the Midori Beauty Clinic Hiroo as the 1st Aesthetic Gynecology specialized clinic in Japan.
In 2013, introduced the Fotona IntimaLase treatment to Japan. Treated almost 1200 patients (5000 cases) in 7 years.
In 2020, published an article “Treating Vaginal Laxity Using Non-ablative Er:YAG Laser: A Retrospective Case Series of Patients From 2.5 Years of Clinical Practice” (2020 SEXUAL MEDICINE).

Dr. Nobuo Peter Okui received his PhD in Medicine from the Graduate School of Medicine, University of Tokyo in 1999 and completed his clinical fellowship in Urology in 2000 (University of Tokyo Hospital) and Obstetrics and Gynecology in 2001 (Harvard Medical School, Brigham and Women’s Hospital). He is a nationally recognized Urogynecology physician who practices at Yokosuka Urogynecology and Urology Clinic in Yokosuka City, voted annually as the top Urogynecology hospital in Japan. In 2010 Dr. Okui became chairman of the medical corporation Uro-Gyne-Net. On average he performs around 800 urogynecological procedures every year.
Dr. Okui is a former member of Japan's national triathlon team and the director of the Japan national team Kanagawa. As an expert on sex hormones and their influence on athlete performance, Dr. Okui is an adviser for the 2020 Olympic Games, helping athletes maintain their highest possible level of performance. He has received a number of awards and recognitions in his career and has been selected as a principle speaker & representative of Japan for the World Meeting of the International Society for Sexual Medicine to be held in 2020.
Dr. Pedro Torrecillas Cabrera received a degree in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Granada, Spain in 1973. He later specialized in Urology and Andrology at the Hospital Virgen de las Nieves de Granada (1975-1979) and in Occupational Medicine at the University of Granada (1978-79).
Dr. Torrecillas Cabrera has had many major Firsts in his career, including being the first in Europe in the use of the Green Light Laser for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia (2002), first in Europe in the use of cryosurgery for the treatment of lung cancers not approachable by another surgical technique (2009), first in Spain in the treatment of liver cancer with cryosurgery (2011), first in Europe in advanced Cryo-Immunotherapy (2013), first in Spain in the use of Fusion Biopsy to diagnose prostate cancer (2014), and the first in Europe in the use of Medium Intensity Cryosurgery for the treatment of BPH, Urethral Stenosis and Mammary Fibroadenomas (2015).
Since 2011, Dr. Torrecillas Cabrera has been the Vice President of the International Society of Cryosurgery, and Vice President of the World Health Sharing Organization since March 2018. He has been using a Fotona laser for the treatment of urinary incontinence and vaginal rejuvenation in women since 2016.
Thomas Panzitt is a medical specialist for Obstetrics and Gynecology and a contractuary partner of all Austrian statutory health insurances. Between 1983 and 1990, he attended the Medical School at Karl-Franzens Universität in Graz, Austria, and the University of Capetown, Groote Schuur Hospital Capetown, RSA.
Before he assumed his current position as a contractuary specialist in 2013, Dr. Panzitt served at a private practice for Obstetrics and Gynecology in Graz, in addition to working as a Specialist Registrar for obstetrics and gynecology at Universitätsfrauenklinik in Graz and as a Consultant for obstetrics and gynecology at the Universitäts Frauenklinik in Graz.
Dr. Urska Bizjak Ogrinc graduated from the Medical Faculty of the Ljubljana University in 1998. After her residency at the Ljubljana University Medical Center and Oncology Institute, she joined the Gynecological Clinic of the Ljubljana University Medical Center in 2003. She completed her specialization in 2008 and continued working there until 2012 as a Specialist in Obstetrics and Gynecology. In 2007 she also finished her medical master degree. In March 2012 Dr. Bizjak Ogrinc joined her friend and colleague Dr. Sabina Sencar to become a partner at the Juna clinic. Together with Dr. Sencar, Dr. Bizjak Ogrinc pioneered the use of Er:YAG lasers in treating pelvic organ prolapses, publishing the first poster describing a pilot study about laser treatment for higher grade cystoceles at the annual IUGA conference in June 2013. Since 2012 she has also been a gynecology reference physician for the Laser & Health Academy.
Aleksandra Novakov Mikic graduated from the Novi Sad Medical School in Serbia in 1990, obtained a Master of Science degree in obstetrics in gynecology in 1995 and a PhD in obstetrics and gynecology from the same university in 1999. She trained in gynecological oncology at Szt Istvan Hospital in Budapest and obtained a title of consultant in obstetrics and gynecology in 1996. In the period from 1997-1998 she worked as a subspecialty trainee in fetal medicine and a research fellow at Harris Medicine Foundation at Harris Birthright Centre at Kings College, London, working with Prof Kypros Nicolaides. In 2000 she obtained a Diploma in Fetal Medicine from the Fetal Medicine Foundation, and in 2010 a subspecialty in Perinatology from the University of Novi Sad. She has held various teaching positions at the Medical School of Novi Sad, and was full professor and general manager of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Since 2013 Dr. Novakov Mikic has been the founder, manager and chief consultant in Obstetrics and Gynecology, subspecialty in Perinatology at the Policlinic 'Novakov et al.' in Novi Sad. She started working as a pioneer with lasers in gynecology in 2012 and established a new approach to laser treatment of episiotomy scars. Her continuous interest in expanding the indications of laser application in gynecology led to several scientific papers and eventually to founding the Serbian Training Centre for the Fotona Laser and Health Academy in 2019. She has also published textbooks on fetal echocardiography, ultrasound in pregnancy and was chief editor of the Obstetrics Textbook for the Novi Sad Medical school students.
Dr. Marco Gambacciani, M.D. is a Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of “Piero Fioretti” Santa Chiara University Hospital in Pisa, Italy. In 2014 he obtained his Teacher Certification as Full Professor in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Gambacciani is a member of numerous National and International Professional Societies and served as a member of the Executive Committee of the International Menopause Society and of the European Menopause and Andropause Society. He has served as a guest faculty member, invited speaker, visiting professor and as a course director worldwide.
At present, Dr. Gambacciani is the Secretary of the Italian Menopause Society and Secretary and Founder of the Vaginal Erbium Laser Academy (VELA).
Dr. Lasarus Mitrofanoff received his medical degree in 1994 followed by a PhD in 1995 from the Oulu University Medical Faculty in Finland. He completed his Specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the same university in 2000 and has been working in private practice as a gynecologist since 2000.
Dr. Mitrofanoffserved as the Assistand Head and Head of the gynecology DPT of Raahe District Hospital from 2009-2014, and as Head of Tohtoripalvelu Itu Oy since 2014. He has been using Fotona lasers since 2015 as a cosmetic gynecologist in Cityclinics in Helsinki and Turku, Finland, as well as at Tohtoripalvelu Itu in Rauma, Finland. He has been a LA&HA clinical lecturer since 2016 and is the author of several scientific publications as well as co-author of a pocket book of human anatomy.
Inna Anatolievna Apolikhina received her medical degree from the N.N. Burdenko Voronezh State Medical Institute in Russia in 1987. She continued her post-graduate training with numerous certificates in obstetrics, gynecology, perinatology, reproductology, gynecological endocrinology, and other areas. Since 2009 she has been a Professor at the I.M. Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University’s Doctors Postgraduate Professional Education Faculty in the Obstetrics, Gynecology, Perinatology and Reproductology Department. She is currently also Chief of the Gynecological Rehabilitation Department and One-day Clinic, which provides gynecological and urological medical services for women from all over Russia, overseeing the development & scientific basis for gynecological and urological science, as well as the testing of new medical treatment techniques and equipment and the adoption of new operating technologies.
Became an OB/GYN specialist in 1986 and is currently the medical director of the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics, University Medical Center Ljubljana, Slovenia and Professor of gynecology and obstetrics at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Ljubljana. His primary interests are the problems of operative gynecology and urogynecology. His research work is dedicated to the study of new surgical methods in gynecology: introducing minimally invasive surgical approaches, urological complications following radical gynecological surgery and new modalities in the treatment of female urinary incontinence. His main field of research About Adolf Lukanovic is evaluating and introducing new diagnostic measuring techniques and new conservative surgical methods in the treatment of female urinary incontinence for clinical practice.
Having graduated in Medicine at Sydney University in 1978, Dr. De Wit worked at the Albury Base Hospital until 1981. She passed the Australian Diploma of Obstetrics, doing her practical training in Chatham, UK. She started in general practice in Albury in 1982, and from 1985 in Lavington. Until 1998 she was involved in GP Obstetrics as part of her general practice, and performed some 1000 deliveries in that time. She was a principal of the Albury Family Planning Clinic from 1982 until its closure in 2013.
Dr. De Wit has always had a passion for Women’s Health. She consolidated this interest with her active role in GP Obstetrics and is currently working as a GP at “The Doctor’s @ Lavington & Thurgoona” where she is a Principal. She is a specialist in IncontiLase and IntimaLase laser gynecology treatments at the Delete Medical Laser Treatment clinic and is a consultant at Face Clinic @ Lavington. In addition, she works as a gynecology consultant at two clinics in Melbourne: the Instant Laser Clinic and Studio Freya, and lectures at Innovative Medical Technologies for the official laser gynecology training.
