Recommended Reading

The Laser & Health Academy has compiled a database of recommended educational and scientific articles relating to the use of lasers in medicine. The database is fully indexed and contains the entire list of articles published in the LA&HA Journal as well as a selection of highly relevant articles from a variety of other scientific publications.

The content of the database is divided into top-level categories according to the particular field of medicine (aesthetics & dermatology, dentistry, gynecology, surgery, ENT - Snoring) as well as subcategories based on the type of treatment (skin resurfacing, hair-reduction, endodontics, etc.). All articles that have been published by LA&HA are available for free download in PDF format, while the articles published in other journals contain a link to the publisher’s website.

The Laser and Health Academy (LA&HA) is a not-for-profit organization, originally established by Fotona d.d., dedicated to the advancement and education of lasers in medicine. LA&HA® has since become a coordinator of the EU regional Competency Center for Biomedical Engineering (CC BME) a member and coordinator of the EU technology platform Fotonika 21.
